Matters of Law was established in 2014 and the founder of this company is Dida Masenye. He is Part-Time Commissioner at the CCMA Johannesburg Offices, panellist at Tokiso and many other bargaining councils. He is also Court Mediator.
Our strength is in the field of labour law and we believe that we can help you achieve optimal results in this very important strategic business unit, while you are busy growing your company in other spheres you are strong at. We hold the view that every act, conduct and the manner in which employees and employers interact in the workplace and or outside the workplace, consciously and or unintentionally, be it at a Christmas Party, Farewell Functions, in the workplace, in meetings and even while you are travelling together in a public transport, is highly regulated by some kind of law. What appears to be a small mistake may cost the company dearly in the form of litigation proceedings.
Our intention is to help you identify and avoid these unexpected costs and to help you run your business with the bare minimum of these risks.
