ARBITRATIONS

Refers to a process whereby a neutral person appointed by the parties or by Matters of Law, resolves disputes by making final and binding decisions through and after hearing the evidence of the parties in the dispute. This person is referred to as the Arbitrator or the Arbiter. The decision of the Arbiter or the Arbitrator is final and binding and may only be changed by a court after a review process.

MEDIATION

Refers to a process whereby, a qualified and well trained impartial person, is appointed by the parties involved in the dispute or by Matters of Law, to help the parties reach an amicable solution or agreement. This person is called the Mediator.

POLICY DRAFTING

We will draft the disciplinary code and procedure for you.
We will draft the time management policy for you (i.e. sick leave and absenteeism policy).
We will draft contracts of employment for you and many more.
We will train you on how to draft disciplinary charges for you.
